Requirements
There are different types of residence permits for Europe. Our main focus lies on high net worth individuals and their families who apply for residence permits in Europe without the need of a workplace and on individuals establishing a business in Europe. Applicants without permanent workplace require a minimum cash deposit which theoretically allows living in Europe without workplace for at least one year. Additionally, applicants have to provide for a domicile in Austria and have to conclude a health insurance.

Settlement Procedure
Applications for Residence Permit without workplace have to be filed with the Immigration Authorities once per year and first come first-served principle applies. For applicants establishing a business in Austria we assist to set up the necessary legal framework.
