Welcome to Germany

A German residence permit can be also applied on the basis of sufficient financial means without job requirement or business set-up in Germany. German Authorities may request to make passive investments in real estate, other investment projects or can even issue residence permits just on the basis of sufficient liquid assets, such as savings, without any investments. This is a way to come to Germany and later on also to other European countries without job requirement or business set-up.

Our clients just send us their passport copy and a proof of good standing and we take care of the further procedure. For the main applicant, no prior German language skills are required. We also assist our clients with School or University enrollments personally.

Once our clients have obtained their German entry Visa in their home country, we assist them independently with suitable investments in Germany. Clients additionally require sufficient financial funds to cover living costs in Germany and require private medical insurances.

Some of our clients also want to work in Germany or start a business in Germany. If our clients all requirements for a high qualified job and can get a job offer from a bigger national or international employer in Germany, a work permit (e.g. Blue EU Card) can be obtained easily later on, even in connection with a business set-up for self employed persons. If our clients do not fulfill the requirements for a high qualified work or cannot find a job easily, after five years at the earliest, a permanent residency EC can be applied with unrestricted access to the German labour market and clients can take up residence and work in almost all countries within the European Union, or alternatively may apply for a national German permanent residence permit after three years altogether.
