Slovenia offers a residence permit for investors who plan to set-up a company and carry out business activities in Slovenia. Slovenian Authorities may request to make active investments in real estate or other investment projects.
After five years a permanent residence permit EC can be applied without further requirements and clients thereafter are entitled to take up residence in any other European country which have implemented the European Council Directive 2003/109/EC. Our clients just send us their passport copy and a proof of good standing and we take care of the further procedure.
Once our clients have obtained their Slovenian residence cards in their home country, we assist them independently with suitable investments in Slovenia. Clients additionally require sufficient financial funds to cover company costs in Slovenia and require a public health insurance.
