Working and Living in Austria

We are a law firm and assist Chinese workers with applying for residence permits to Austria and also assist with job searches in Austria. If you would like to live and work in Austria, we require the following documents from you:

- Resume
- Certificate of completed education in China
- Copy of passport
- German language skills at A2 or B1 level or higher (e.g., Goethe Institute)
- English language skills at A2 or B1 level or higher
- References from employers in China confirming your work experience

A current criminal record should be free of negative entries. We require your resume, university transcripts, and employment references with German translations.

Once we have these documents, we can check which type of work permit applies to you and forward your documents to local employment agencies for job searches.
